LSNR connects you with warm, caring companions for walks, visits, and phone calls. No advice. No judgment. Just a real person who listens.
Three easy steps to feel heard and less alone, on your terms.
Explore profiles of kind, vetted companions. Filter by interests, availability, and session type.
Choose in-person visits, neighbourhood walks, or a phone call — whatever feels right for you.
Your LSNR shows up ready to listen. Share your stories, your day, whatever's on your mind.
Rebook the same LSNR anytime. Familiarity matters — your LSNR remembers what you love to talk about.
Every LSNR is background-checked, trained in active listening, and genuinely passionate about connection.
From clients and the families who love them.
"My mom was lonely after my dad passed. Maria came twice a week and within a month she was her old self again — laughing, talking about her garden. I can't put a price on that."
"I was skeptical at first — I'm not the type who asks for help. But James just talks with me like a regular person. We do crosswords over the phone on Thursdays. It's the highlight of my week."
"Priya visits my grandmother every week and the difference is remarkable. She's sleeping better, eating better. The whole family feels relieved knowing someone warm is there with her."

We live in a world more connected than ever, and somehow loneliness keeps winning.
Not because people don't care — but because somewhere along the way, we lost the habit of simply being there for each other. The long phone call with no agenda. The friend who sits with you after the bad news. The person who shows up just to celebrate something small.
LSNR was built to bring that back.
Not as therapy. Not as a hotline. Just real people, trained to listen — without judgment, without rushing to fix anything, without checking the clock. Whether you need someone to walk with you, sit across from you, or just be a voice on the other end of the phone, LSNR is that person.
We started in Toronto because we saw it here first — seniors eating dinner alone, newcomers navigating a new country without a single familiar face, people going through the hardest moments of their lives with no one to call. Not because they weren't worthy of connection. Because modern life had quietly stolen it from them.
We believe being heard is not a luxury. It's one of the most basic things a human being needs. LSNR exists to make sure no one has to go without it.
"I didn't build LSNR because I had a business idea. I built it because I kept seeing people who just needed someone — and no one was there. That felt like something worth fixing."
